Mr.Harish C. Dhingra a graduate in
Management and Tourism from the Salzburger Hotel Fachschule
Badhofgastein , Austria. A
Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) Mr. Dhingra has extensively
trained both in India and overseas and is an alumini of
the Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and the Asian
Institute of Management, Manila.
Joining the Taj Group in the early 70's, Mr. Dhingra rose
rapidly to senior positions within and outside India.
He was functionally responsible for operations, new product
development as well as product up gradation and held the
positions of Executive Director with Oriental Hotels Limited
- a blue chip Taj Group - Tata Group Company prior to
his early retirement, to take up the subject he loved
- Quality Customer Service.
He has also served as a resource person
and consultant to the World Bank, where he headed the
World Bank's Tourism Imitative "Training and Human
Resource Development for the Tourism Industry" in
Yemen. He has been the Convener of the Tourism Panel of
CII in Tamil Nadu.
As CEO of Servqual Plus, Mr. Dhingra
spearheads this international recruitment firm, which
is focused on providing complete turn key solutions for
the job searching process for companies in the service
industry especially deluxe 5 star hotels and international
fast food chain.
