Terms and conditions of business :
General terms of delivery and payment
of portfolio plus, here after mentioned as ‘terms’.
These terms are applicable on all offers assignments and agreements
of PP.
All agreements accept these terms. If any term or conditions of
the principal coincide with one of the terms in question, then
PP terms will prevail explicit.
Unless on paper differently in agreed with the client.
The terms are negotiable and subject to change with respect to
the client’s requirements.
1.GENERAL
Portfolio Plus effects introductions between employers, partnerships
or entities seeking providers or services and potential employees,
potential partners or potential consultants.
2.FEES

Remuneration is charged for
each introduction of an employee, partner or consultant. |
Remuneration is defined as salary and/or profit
share together with the value of any bonuses, commission payments,
accommodation allowances, premiums for working abroad, insurances,
pension payments, school fees, benefits in kind, vehicle allowance
house rental allowance, telephone, Provident Fund, Superannuating
etc or any other schemes.
INTEREST :
PP reserves the right to charge interest on fees
unpaid within 28 days of the invoice data. A rate of four percent
or above will apply calculated on a day-to-day basis as from the
date of the invoice until the date of payment.
We will be taking all the precautions before suggesting
any candidate where we suggest the following process:

We would first conduct
a personal & preliminary round of interview of the candidates. |

The Curriculum vitae of the appropriate
candidates would then be sent to you. |

In case you are satisfied with
the CV then a meeting will be arranged with him/her at your
convenience. |

We will not recommend anyone who
has been out of job for long or has been changing jobs often. |
PAYMENT MODE: Payment
to be made in the name of Servqual Plus
Consultants Pvt Ltd.
3.REFERENCES
Employers will be responsible for taking references,
confirming of professional and academic qualifications and ascertaining
the suitability of any potential employee prior to engagement.
The employer will also be responsible for arranging any medical
examination or other investigations of the potential employee.
4.PRIVACY
The benefit of introductions made by PP
is not assignable by employers and an employer who passes on an
introduction of a potential employee to another will be charged
the appropriate fee, as set out above, if employment results.
5.WARRANTY
In effecting introductions PP
is obliged to rely upon the good faith of potential employees
& cannot accept responsibility for any loss of expenditure
incurred by an employer in attempting to affect a meeting with
a potential employee. PP cannot
accept responsibility for any information or representation concerning
potential employees to whom employers may be introduced and in
particular the history, character, age, capability or suitability
of any potential employee is or will be available to fill a situation.
6.ACCEPTANCE
By notifying PP,
whether or not in writing, of a vacancy or agreeing to make a
contact with or employ a potential employee introduced by PP
an employer is deemed to be bound by these terms of business.
When a Curriculum Vitae is introduced by PP,
and the candidate proceeds with the application through PP,
any duplicate application through another consultancy will not
effect these terms and Conditions.
7.PP EMPLOYEES
Fees will be payable by the client immediately
upon commencement of employment Of any employee of PP
in any capacity and whether under contract of employment or for
service, by the Client in excess of passing information about
the said employee to any third party.
8.TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS
Where a candidate, previously employed through
PP on a Temporary or Contract Basis,
is offered a permanent position the full fees as calculated under
clause 2 above is due.
9. OTHER CONDITIONS
CONFIDENTIALITY: We would by all
means keep all such information, gathered during our interaction
with the client, confidential unless agreed otherwise with the
consent of the client. In the same vein, we would request clients
to respect privacy of all candidates, that we propose, and expect
our clients to keep information related candidates confidential.
